Rancho Encantado Eco-Resort, Restaurant, and Spa offers overnight guests twelve beautiful, private cottages with native mahogany and cedar woods, colorful Mexican tile, and hand-crafted furniture. Each casita has a private bath, living room, and patio porch opening onto the gardens and lagoon. All have kitchenettes with refrigerators and full bath with tiled showers.
Visit Rancho Encantado’s lakeside palapa restaurant for breakfasts featuring tropical fruits, home-made breads and marmalades, fresh orange juice, and rich Mexican coffee. Our experienced chef has set a restaurant menu inspired by local Mayan recipes and ingredients. For lunch and dinner we offer a variety of options, including fresh soups, salads, seafood, chicken, pork, or beef and our bar offers a full selection of beverages, liquor, and wines.
