The stone Laguna Casita beach house is directly on the shore of the lake and has bar, toilet, sink, refrigerator, and a shady hammock -- the perfect place to relax, gaze at the lake, read a book, or just sip a cool bebida.

Quinta Mai has a main Casa and also a small, stone, lakefront, palapa-roofed "Laguna Casita." The Casa (about 1300 square feet) is covered on three sides by thatched roofing that shades the house and shades nearly 1000 square feet of veranda with lounge chairs and dining tables. The water is crystal clear, the bottom firm, and a beautiful cenote is only meters away.
Within the Casa there is a kitchen with microwave, a stove, refrigerator, all the basic appliances and plenty of workspace. Next to the kitchen is an covered laundry area with a Whirlpool stacked washer and dryer. In the living room area there is a small mahogany and marble bar, a library area, a TV lounge area, and a half-bath. 
Half of the Casa is an air-conditioned bedroom area. A wooden lattice wall divides this one large room into two sleeping areas. One smaller bedroom with full-size bed and a larger room with a king-size bed, an adjacent single bed, dressing area, half-bath and entry door. The wooden lattice wall allows for ventilation and provides partrial privacy between the bedrooms.
