Located in one of the quieter parts of the Costera just six blocks from the town square and two blocks from free town boat launch.

The house is built on three levels and the open living room provides a wonderful space for entertaining or relaxing. The living room seamlessly adjoins the sunroom, which leads to the yard and dock. A dining room with seating for six opens onto the living room making for a large social space from kitchen to dining room to living room. A central hall leads to a bedroom with king bed and private bath, and upstairs to a half bath and foyer, and up another level to a spacious king bedroom with private balcony, and a third bedroom with queen bed and detached bath. High-speed wireless Internet (just bring your computer), BBQ, dock, washer/drier, outdoor patio, and tropical fruit and flower gardens complete the picture.
November - April: $1500.00 per week, $250.00 nightly - 2 night minimum.
