Los Aluxes offers sailboat, snorkel, and motorboat tours of the lake plus lots of ways to enjoy your time on the shore of beautiful Laguna Bacalar. Make your way from the dock at Los Aluxes across the crystal-clear waters of Laguna Bacalar and explore the Bird Islands. Go along the shore to one of the many cenotes, or if you are a strong kayaker, head down the lake and up the river to explore Laguna Xul Ha.

Want to see a bit of history? Visit the channels and riverways used by the pirates when they invaded Bacalar. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful scenery as your boat glides among the islands and along streams with birds, turtles, fish, and mangrove trees lush with bromeliads and flowers. Want to take a swim or perhaps just gently drift down a river? No problem. The crystal clear waters invite and cool you.
