Earth Day Parade 4:00 PM starting at Bacalar's central park and going along Calle 20 and Avenida 15 to reach the Serapio Flota Mass athletic DOMO (soccer field on highway). All are invited to participate! Come in costumes made with recycled materials and/or bring signs with environmental information.
Earth Day Festival 5:00-8:00 PM at the DOMO, with an Eco Expo of environmental projects and education for all ages, gifts, and an exhibition of the Capoeira group led by Professor Joaquin Andres Puentes.
